At BodyHealth, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all original packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
